A female resident doctor working at Safdarjung Hospital has accused a local man of assault in Gautam Nagar. She lives in Gautam Nagar and came down from the house at around 9:00 pm on Wednesday to fetch the fruit. Accused has been arrested.
The doctor alleged that during this time a young man standing there was indecent with her and said that you should not come here because you work in Safdarjung and can spread coronavirus. After this, the doctor protested and the young man slapped her.
After that went away from there. The doctor says that no one standing around helped him. After this, the doctor informed the police on number 100.
The doctor herself arrived at Safdarjung Hospital and got her MLC constructed. President of the Resident Doctors Association, Manish Chaudhary, described the incident as shameful.
