Corona infection has also reached the Ministry here amid increasing virus infection in Maharashtra. Four employees of the ministry have been found corona positive. After this, the ministry has been closed for the next two days.

On the other hand, due to the death of three soldiers in the last four days from Corona, till the next order, such policemen in Mumbai, who are more than 52 years old and who have been suffering from different diseases before, have been asked to stay at home.
107 policemen found Corona positive
Police spokesperson Pranay Ashok said that the decision has been taken by the Mumbai Police Commissioner. So far 107 policemen including 20 officers have been infected with the corona virus in Maharashtra. Most of them are from Mumbai. A ministry official said on Tuesday that four employees who were found corona positive have been admitted to a government hospital for treatment.
Ministry will be closed on 29th and 30th April
General Officer of the General Administration Department Sitaram Kunte said in a circular that the ministry will be closed for sanitization on April 29 and 30. As such, the Ministry is working with a minimum number of employees to prevent the spread of Corona virus infection due to the applicable lockdown.
