Raipur| Bhupesh Baghel government of Chhattisgarh has taken an initiative so that no one in Raipur goes to bed hungry. With their new scheme ‘Donation on Wheels’, Chhattisgarh government and Raipur Municipal Corporation are collecting raw food from those people who are capable of donating.

Looking at the tremendous response the initiative is earning, the government replies, “We had not expected that the people of Raipur will donate so much for the underprivileged”.
Those people who are not capable of giving raw food, can pay for a packet of food, costing around Rs 350. The local administration is purchasing food with this amount and giving it to the needy. Bal Gopal Hospital of Raipur provided 200 packets of food yesterday.
