Asymptotic Corona Patients Are A Threat

Presently, asymptomatic patients remain a major challenge all over the world. However, they are not considered to be a big threat. In particular, measures like lockdown, social distance are sure to overcome this crisis. The same method is being adopted in India.

The figure of how many patients of Corona do not show symptoms is different everywhere. According to ICMR, about 69% of patients in India do not have early symptoms.

Research from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and WHO says that about fifty to 70 percent of patients worldwide did not have an infection. But it has not been proved how many people can be infected with them.

Anthony Fauchi, director of the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said on Monday that there is a danger from asymptomatic patients, but this risk can be reduced by doing more tests. The CDC, WHO has considered lockdown and distancing as major weapons.

According to a Wall Street General report, research on seven hundred infected children in China found that 56 percent had no symptoms. The Pediatric Expert of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center has also reported in its report that it is common in ten to thirty percent of children.
