US Election : Biden Emphasizes on Indo-US Relations

Date:

The rallies for the presidential election have started in the US. Presidential candidate Joe Biden from the Democratic Party in the US presidential election wants to attract Indians.

He said in his campaign on Saturday that his administration will give high priority in continuously strengthening Indo-US relations. At the same time, he also targeted terrorism.

Talking about terrorism, he said that cross-border terrorism in South Asia will not be tolerated. At the same time, he said that his administration would continue to support peace in the Indian Pacific Ocean region, so that no country including China would be able to threaten its neighboring country.

Biden said in his election campaign that the relationship between America and India is very old and I have seen them closely. Maintaining this relationship will be the priority of my administration. Joe Biden has appointed Indian-born Kamala Harris as the Vice-Presidential candidate.

Biden also released a policy document. It said that Biden would ensure that South Asian Americans were represented in his administration, after which he nominated Kamala for the post of Vice President.

Biden also had some talks about Kamala Harris’ mother, saying that her mother had come from India and her life in America had improved. Joe Biden has made the relationship between Indians and Americans the main issue in his election campaign.

These elections are being held in the midst of the Kovid 19 epidemic, with Biden constantly attacking President Trump. He targets the Trump administration in every rally that he has failed to prevent Corona deaths in America.
