Ahmedabad | A program named Kamalam was organized for the entry of Congress MLAs into the BJP at the BJP’s state office where social distancing norms were . During this time, the leaders vanished social distancing norms implemented after the outbreak of Corona. This has happened, when Gujarat is one of the most affected state of the country due to Corona and Ahmedabad is among the top 5 districts having large number of corona cases.
Most of the leaders involved in the event broke social distancing guidelines. Gujarat currently suffers from Corona badly. Even then, how far is it appropriate for leaders to ignore Corona in this way? The public in the state is currently considering masks and social distancing with great caution.
At one point in state, where social distancing is being followed at petrol pumps, such attitude of leaders in Home Minister’s own constituency has raised the concern from every corner of the state.
