Rajasthan to Give 50 Lakhs to Family of Staff Killed on Corona Duty

Jaipur|  Rajasthan Government has announced that it will assist the families of all those corona warriors who die due to the novel COVID-19 virus on duty by an amount of Rs. 50 Lakh each. The scheme includes not only permanent employees, but contractual employees as well, who have been deployed on corona virus related duty.

Many employees including home guards, police constables, anganwadi workeers, patwaris, will be covered under this announcement.

Rajasthan has given a model to the nation in order to check the spread of novel virus where intense contact searching of patients and massive screening of people living in affected areas have taken place through state machinery.
