Senior Congress leader and Rajyasabha MP, Shaktisinh Gohil has said it is high time Rahul Gandhi comes back as party president as he is the most acceptable leader in the Congress party.
Indian National Congress Spokesperson, also added that Rahul Gandhi is universally acceptable, good at heart and most aggressive against BJP and Modi, also he is the voice of farmers, Dalits and minorities.
