Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has cornered Nitish Kumar government of Bihar over the failure to tackle the corona crisis in the state.
In his tweet, he has expressed grief over the Corona situation in the state. He stated that the situation in the state is beyond the control of the state government and the unclaimed dead body is a proof of the mismanagement of the Nitish government in the state.
Bihar has been undergoing an acute corona crisis with the number of cases mounting high with each passing day. Uptill now, 26,379 cases have been reported so far in the state with 179 deaths. Not just the common people, even Corona has caught many MLAs and bureaucrats in the state.
A central team has visited Bihar yesterday to assess the state’s coronavirus preparedness amid the pandemic. Various videos on social media has been circulating regarding lack of health resources in the state which has led to many deaths including the incident of Katihar where a person has died due to non-availability of oxygen in the hospital.
