Prime Minister Narendra Modi will deliver Rs 294.53 crore schemes to Bihar on Thursday. All these schemes are related to the Department of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Agriculture. A project worth Rs 107 crore will also be announced for the launch of the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana.
The Bakhri Fish Seed Farm at Dumra, Sitamarhi at a cost of 5 crores, the Fisheries College of Kishanganj for 10 crores and the Aquatic Referral Laboratory at Bihar Veterinary University, Patna will be inaugurated. Patna’s draft of 2 crore fish on wheels, Madhepura’s one crore fish feed mill, 2.87 crore agricultural university, Pusa’s Integrated Fisheries Production Technology Center will be inaugurated.
On the other hand, Purnia Semen Station worth 84.27 crores, Imbrio Transfer Technology and IVF Lab in Patna of 8.06 crores, Sex Sarted Semen Project prepared in Begusarai, Khagaria, Samastipur, Nalanda and Gaya for 2.13 crores will be launched. Agricultural University Samastipur will have the inauguration of the school building of 11 crore School of Agribusiness and Rural Management, Boys Hostel worth 27 crore, Stadium of 25 crore and International Guest House for 11 crore.
