PM Modi today addressed the nation as the country is moving towards second phase of unlock after the five phases of lockdown implemented on account of corona pandemic in the country.
While addressing the nation, he cautioned the people to be aware and keep practicing the laws of social distancing as the cases of corona are increasing in the country. He advised everyone to wear mask or to cover the face with a cloth, calling it as the most essential step to fight against the corona virus.
Besides other announcements, PM accepted Congress President Sonia Gandhi’s advice to extend the Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana till November, which is said to be beneficiary for 80 crore poor people of the country. It is worth mentioning that the Congress President has written to the PM for extending the scheme, as without it, the country may face hunger in near future.
