Date:

After lot of rigorous efforts and research, Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID vaccine gets success and as per the information from the sources, the vaccine could be here by October.

As per the information the phase 3 testing of the vaccine has been a great success which was carried out in thousands of humans and is projected to be 80% effective in preventing the severe disease.

As per the information, the university has pledged to produce around two billion doses by the end of this year.

Blood samples taken from a group of UK volunteers given a dose of the vaccine showed that it stimulated the body to produce both antibodies and “killer T-cells”, a senior source from the trial was quoted by ‘The Daily Telegraph’ as saying.

The discovery is promising because separate studies have suggested that antibodies may fade away within months while T-cells can stay in circulation for years.
