No Arrest in Bhagalpur Minor Rape Case Yet

No arrests have been made so far in the gang rape case with a 13-year-old minor girl of Scheduled Tribe (Kharwar) in Ekari police station area of ​​Bhagalpur district. The family of the victim has applied to the Women’s Commission to demand the arrest.

Family members say that on July 29, the accused took the girl to the farm and gang-raped her. 10 hours later, he was found unconscious in the field. The victim is currently hospitalized, where her condition remains worrying. At the same time, the police are not arresting the accused Aman Yadav, Ravi Roshan Yadav, Ankush Yadav.

Here, family members continue to be threatened with murder on filing the FIR. The victim and her father kept returning to the police station Manibhushan Kumar Singh from the police station daily. Re-wrote the application on 4 August. The SHO neither made a statement before the magistrate under section 164 nor got the victim medical.
