New Delhi| News Broadcasting Association has protested Congress President Sonia Gandhi’s advice to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding “complete ban” on government advertisements to media outlets for two years.

Earlier, Congress President Smt. Sonia Gandhi has sent a letter to PM Narendra Modi with a point to point suggestion for dealing with corona virus pandemic in which she has urged the government to suspend the Rs. 20,000 Cr. beautification project “Central Vista” in the heart of Delhi. In her suggestions, she told that the money should be utilised to develop health infrastructure in the country and better equipments of COVID-19 frontline warriors.
Besides this, there has been a huge chaos on social media regarding her comment made to transfer the PM-CARES fund to PM Relief fund, in which she has cited for more transparency.
