Major fire broke out at a sanitary health products manufacturing unit in Sanand GIDC in Gujarat, Ahmedabad.
The distress call was received at 9:14 am after which 31 firefighting vehicles and 125 firemen and officers were rushed to the spot to contain the blaze.
As per the reports, three firefighters, nine water tankers, 11 water bosers, a smoke exhauster and six other vehicles have reached the spot and are trying to control the spread of fire. No casualties have been reported till now.
