On the suggestion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the whole country is going down in support of Janta Curfew today. No one has to leave the house unannounced from 7 am to 9 pm in the wake of public curfew calls for the fight against the Coronavirus and COVID-19. We all have to show our gratitude to those who are on duty to fight this terrible epidemic for five minutes at 5 pm. The whole country took its pledge and started its practice already.

Why Janta Curfew

According to the Prime Minister, social distancing is essential to prevent infection with COVID-19. “We have to make this curfew a success  with discipline. We can counter this epidemic in the same way,” the PM said in a nation’s address on Thursday. He had said, ‘This is not a correct idea to stay unaware global epidemic corona. Therefore it is very important for every Indian to be alert.

The Prime Minister had said that ‘the study has revealed that the disease has exploded in the first few days in many countries. The number of people infected with corona has increased rapidly. The Government of India is monitoring this situation on this track record. The ‘Janata Curfew’ is a way to stop the chain of infection of the virus.
