Keep squatting with the baby in your lap, try to bend lower slowly. Keep in mind that while squatting you have to gradually increase the weight on your thighs, not on your back.

Benefits: This brings strength in the muscles of the feet. The bones of the buttocks, thighs and knees end, which makes them flexible.

Plank : Tilt the body towards the feet. Your hands will rest on the ground and move the legs backwards. The entire weight of the foot will remain on the feet. From the feet to the shoulders, the entire area should remain in a straight line. The back should remain parallel to the ground. Make the child sit on your back and try to restrain yourself as long as possible.
Benefits: It strengthens the core area of ​​the body, increases metabolism and by doing this, you will get a relief in back pain. Also, it improves the balance and posture of the body.

Bicep Curls You should stand with shoulder distance between your legs. Now take your child in the lap in such a way that you are making him sleep. Now raise your arms up and then down. Do this ten times in three sets.
Benefits: Doing this exercise increases the size and strength of your arm muscles. With which you can easily lift heavy things. This not only strengthens your arms and elbows from wrist to wrist, this exercise also gives strength to the muscles of the comb and back.
