Geeta, Who Returned From Pakistan Leaves Deaf Organisation

Date:

Indore | Geeta, brought to India from Pakistan, had been living in the ashram of the Deaf-dumb organization of Indore for five years. On Monday, she left the place on her own wish. Now she came to live with Anand Service Society located in Vijay Nagar in the same city. Employees of the Social Justice Department left her under the supervision of the society hostel in Vijay Nagar.

Significantly, the Gita is said to be of India only. She was living with the Idi Foundation in Pakistan. In 2015, the then Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj came to India with him. Geeta was brought to India so that her parents would be searched and transported there. Since then, her parents were being sought from the government level. Indore-based organizations working for the deaf and mute took responsibility to handle it.
