EU Announces €1.65 Million For Flood in India and Nepal

Considering the damage caused by floods in Southeast Asian countries like India, Nepal and Bangladesh, the European Union has provided assistance of around 14.50 crore rupees (1.65 million euros) for the affected people. This has been reported by the European Union.

The European Union has said, in the wake of a disaster like the Amfan cyclone that hit the region this year, assistance of about 15.85 crore rupees (1.8 million euros) was previously provided to the affected families. Till now, around 30 crore rupees (3.45 million euros) have been provided to the affected people in this region, including the amount of aid given at present.
