Deepika Shares 11 Tips To Cope Stress

Problems of stress and depression have become common with people sitting at home following the lockdown implemented across India due to the corona virus. Deepika Padukone, the leading actor of Hindi cinema, coincides with these incidents and also understands her responsibility towards them. She believes that at such times people should keep checking their mental state continuously. She has posted a health advice of 11 steps on his social media account which can help improve mental health of people.

In 11 steps, Deepika has told that people should take care of themselves and also love themselves. To improve mental health, he said, ‘Accept your fear and talk to others about it. You should do what you want and do what you like throughout the day. There should be a daily routine and you should spend the day accordingly. Do not hold back in admiring the beauty of nature.

Meditation and exercise is very important. During this time, you can also spend time taking out your arts. Always keep in touch with the people you love. Listen to music Face stress and anxiety and last thing, don’t be shy at all. ‘

In 2014, when Deepika Padukone had a breakup with Ranbir Kapoor, she also suffered from depression and stress. At that time she understood this pain and started an NGO ‘The Live Love Laugh Foundation‘. While doing a fantastic job for her NGO, Deepika has also been awarded the Crystal Award. Deepika has played leading role in the film ‘Chhapak’ released earlier this year as the female victim of an acid attack.

This year she will be seen doing a cameo with her husband Ranveer Singh in the film ’83’. Apart from this, in a film directed by Shakun Batra, she will share the screen with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Pandey.
