BJP President JP Nadda will hold the first election rally in Bodh Gaya, Bihar on Sunday. The rally to be held at Gandhi Maidan will begin at 2 pm.
Party General Secretary Tarun Chugh said on Saturday, “It is a proud moment for the party because we have managed to get in touch with voters even during the Corona period.” We are a democratic country and with pride I can say that our president is going to participate with the people in the biggest festival of democracy. However, the Ministry of Health and Election Commission guidelines will be taken care of during this time.
Regarding the preparations for the rally, Bihar BJP President Sanjay Jaiswal said, “Social distancing will be ensured at the rally venue. Previously, where millions of people used to come in the rally, this time only thousands of people will be able to join it. Apart from PM Narendra Modi, BJP has prepared rallies for many senior leaders including Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Bihar elections. After the separation of LJP from NDA in Bihar, BJP is closely monitoring the changed caste equation. Many leaders in the party believe that after the demise of LJP leader Ram Vilas Paswan, Dalit votes may go to the LJP camp.
