Bihar education department has postponed the recruitment process of more than 90 thousand primary teachers. However, the application process will continue. In view of the order given by Patna High Court recently, the department issued a notification in this regard on Wednesday. Accordingly, the schedule after July 14 has been banned. It has also been said that by July 14, applications will be taken from candidates who have completed 18 months’ DLAd and have passed TET or CTET.
Further process will be postponed till further orders. In the notification from the Education Department Deputy Secretary Arshad Feroz, it has been said that only after getting a clear order from the High Court, the next process of the planning process will be started. In the case of Neeraj Kumar and others vs State Government and Hare Ram Kumar and others vs State Government, the High Court has stayed the final selection list until a clear order is made on the issues in this case.
