Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan on Saturday cleared the situation regarding the school fees and the 10th-12th examinations during the lockdown. The CM said in his statement that all private schools will be able to charge only tuition fees during lockdown. He said that no additional charges of any kind will be charged on behalf of the schools during the lockdown.
Any private school will be able to charge only tuition fees from children between the period from 19 March 2020 ie from the date of commencement of lockdown till the end of lockdown.
Corona virus spread from Wuhan city of China has changed the whole world. The Modi government has put a nationwide lockdown to stop the spread of this deadly virus. Other public places including schools, colleges, clubs, malls are deserted. School and college examinations have also been suspended due to Corona virus.
In view of the worsening situation due to Corona, students are being passed without exams. The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MP Board) has also decided not to conduct the examination which remained incomplete in class 10th. The remaining 10 papers of Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education will no longer be there. Results will be ready based on the marks of the 10th paper.
Now the pass will be written in front of subjects whose papers have not been done. However, the papers of the 12th examination of Secondary Education Board are left, their examination will be between June 8 and June 16. From March 19, 2020 till the end of the lockdown, any private school will be able to charge only tuition fees from the students. Apart from this, no other fees are allowed.
At the same time, despite the lockdown in India, the number of corona virus patients is constantly increasing. So far, the number of corona virus patients in India has exceeded 85 thousand 939, out of which more than 2 thousand 751 people have died. On the other hand, the number of corona virus patients has exceeded 45 lakh 70 thousand 365 worldwide, out of which 3 lakh 08 thousand 316 people have lost their lives.
