17 JDU MLAs Willing to Join RJD : Shyam Rajak

Date:

After a minor victory in Bihar assembly elections 2020, the opposition is trying to increase the trouble of NDA. At the same time, after the JDU MLAs of Arunachal Pradesh joined the BJP, the politics of Bihar has come to a boil. Meanwhile, Shyam Razak, a RJD leader and former minister in the Bihar government, has increased the trouble of the NDA as well as the JDU by claiming that 17 JDU MLAs are in contact with the party and they can join the RJD anytime. Shyam Razak claimed that JDU MLAs are angry from BJP’s style of functioning and want to topple Bihar’s NDA government.

In an interaction with news channel Aaj Tak, Shyam Rajak claimed that 17 JDU MLAs, who were upset with the BJP’s style of functioning, have been kept in abeyance to protect themselves from the threat of cancellation of membership under the anti-defection law. He said that if 25 to 26 MLAs of JDU leave the party and join RJD, then their membership will not be affected under the anti-defection law.

Shyam Razak said that he is eyeing the entire incident and is waiting for some more JDU MLAs to leave the party and join the RJD. He claimed that soon more JDU MLAs would leave the party and join the RJD. In response to a question asked about the incident in Arunachal Pradesh, the RJD leader claimed that the way the JDU’s 6 MLAs have been included in the BJP in Arunachal Pradesh, it has become clear that BJP is trying to dominate Nitish Kumar.
