With axe in hand, CM Manohar Lal Khattar threatens to chop off BJP leader’s head

Date:

A video of Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar threatening to chop off his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) colleague’s head has gone viral on social media.

In the video, posted by Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala on Wednesday, CM Khattar is seen standing with an axe during a rally.

With an axe in his hand, ML Khattar tells the public how it can be used to destroy enemies. Just then, a BJP leader standing behind CM Khattar places a crown on his head.

But this does not go well with Khattar.

The Haryana CM turns with the axe still in his hand and threatens to chop off the BJP leader’s head. “What are you doing? I will chop off your head. Move aside,” an angry Khattar says as the BJP leader apologises for his action.

As he shared the video, Randeep Singh Surjewala lashed out at CM Khattar. “Anger and ego are harmful to health. Why does Khattar sir get angry? Surjewala asks. If this is what he says to his leader, wonder what will he do with the public,” Surjewala asked on Twitter.

This is not the first time that Khattar has lost his temper. Earlier, the Haryana Chief Minister had pushed aside a man who was trying to take a selfie with him at an event in Karnal.
