Renowned world Economist Steve Hanke took on twitter today to attack the Narendra Modi government over the mess going on in the country in the second wave of Corona pandemic. He has said that while Narendra Modi government has been busy in campaigning for West Bengal state elections, Covid cases and deaths are increasing in the country. He has also questioned the leadership of Narendra Modi that instead of acting on it, he had been on campaign trail hosting crowded parties.

Earlier, the professor has also raised questions on India’s Covid Death data during the first wave of the pandemic.
