Rajya Sabha member and senior Congress leader Shaktisinh Gohil, on Tuesday, accused Modi Govt. of imposing an unnecessary penalty of Rupees 1000 on PAN holders for linking of Aadhar & PAN card.
Also, he mentioned that Govt. is going to collect around 13,000 crores as there are 130 million Pan Holders who are yet to connect their PAN Card with Aadhar and this will be an extra burden on Taxpayers as they face uncertainty, anxiety, and confusion.
