The trend of increasing prices of petroleum products in the country for the last 21 days came to an end on the 22nd day i.e. on Sunday. With this, the price per liter of petrol and diesel in the national capital stopped at Rs 80.38 and Rs 80.40 respectively.
Earlier, oil marketing companies (OMCs) had again raised prices on Saturday. The thing to note here was that the price of diesel in the capital Delhi has outpaced the price of petrol.
There was no hike in the prices of petrol and diesel in the national capital on Sunday. Petrol can be purchased in Delhi by paying a price of Rs 80.38 per liter and diesel Rs 80.40 per liter.
