According to the information, Prabhas will be seen playing the role of Lord Shri Ram in this film. Whereas, Om has selected actor Saif Ali Khan to play the role of Lankapati Ravana in the film. Meanwhile, there were reports that Ajay Devgan will also be a part of this film and he will play the role of Lord Shiva in it. But later this news came to an end.
Earlier, in a statement issued by the team of the film ‘Adipurush’, it was said that Saif has been cast in the film for the role of the main villain of this legend which is evil, cruel and dangerous. The filmmakers have avoided mentioning the name of Saif Ali Khan in this statement, but it is now well known that the film ‘Adipurush’ is the story of Lord Ram and the main villain of Ram’s story was Ravana.
People are now eyeing on which actors will play the character of Sita and Laxman in the film.
