Big trouble for Republic TV editor Arnab Goswami. Mumbai Police has named Arnab in remand report of former CEO of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) Partho Dasgupta. It is alleged that Arnab gave lakhs of rupees and expensive gifts to Partho to manipulate TRP. Cops have also seized some gifts.
Partho Dasgupta was arrested on Thursday in the TRP scam connection by CIU from Rajgadh police station in Pune district.
