Market Opens Green on First Day of Trading Week

The stock market opened today with a green mark on the first day of the trading week. The BSE major index Sensex gained 318 points or 0.67 per cent to open at 48,197.37. At the same time, the NSE Index Nifty also recorded an increase. The Nifty opened 108 points, or 0.75 per cent, at 14,449.

Earlier on Friday, the markets closed with a red mark and a fall. The Sensex was down 202 points at 47,878.45, while the Nifty was down 64.80 points at 14,341.35. Apart from this, there is an edge in the Asian market.

Hong Kong’s Hangseng Index is trading up 61 points at 29,137. At the same time, China’s Shanghai Composite Index is trading at a green mark with an increase of 19 points. Apart from this, Japan’s Nikkei index is trading at 29,106 with a gain of 85 points.

At the same time, the US market also closed with an increase. The Dow Jones was up 227.59 points and the index closed at 34,043.50. The Nasdaq also saw an increase and closed at 14,016.80, up 198.40 points, with a gain of 1.44 per cent. However, markets in France and Germany closed with a fall.
