Madhya Pradesh Govt Releases New Guidelines

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has said that public curbs will not be put on festivals to prevent corona infection in the state. Not more than 5 persons will gather at religious places, places of worship. At the same time, no more than 10 persons from both sides will be involved in marriage, engagement etc. Not more than 10 persons will also attend birthday festivities etc.

Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing the condition and arrangements of the corona in the state through video conferencing. On this occasion, Home, Jail, Parliamentary Affairs, Law Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra, Public Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Prabhuram Chaudhary, Medical Education, Bhopal Gas Tragedy Relief and Rehabilitation Minister Mr. Vishwas Sarang, Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, DGP Mr. Vivek Johri, Additional Chief Secretary Health Shri Mohammad Suleman etc. were present.

Chief Minister Chouhan has said that to prevent corona infection, celebrate the upcoming festival at home. Offer worship to the deity at home. It would not be permissible to celebrate the festival by installing statues in public places.

A review of Jabalpur district found that infections have increased there in the last one week. Chief Minister Chouhan directed that according to the decision of the District Disaster Management Group, the colony, locality in which more cases are coming, lockdown can be done.

A review of Betul district found that there were 1051 persons corona tested under the Kill Corona Campaign in which none of them turned out positive. There are currently 48 active patients and 70 have gone home after recovering. The death rate is zero. Chief Minister Chouhan instructed to work alertly so that the infection did not spread.
