Corona virus cases are increasing rapidly. Meanwhile, people who have either come from abroad or have come in contact with a corona patient, have been given strict instructions from the government to stay in a 14-day quarantine.

But, to ensure that people who are home quarantined are following those rules or not, the Karnataka government has instructed such people to share their photos on WhatsApp every hour. That is, it has been asked to share the picture every hour during the quarantine except from 10 pm to 7 am, i.e., bedtime. If that is not done, then that person will be sent to a large quarantine facility made by the government.

In this order issued by the Government of Karnataka, it has been mentioned that the selfie or photo will have to be dragged along with the GPS location turned on, so that the location can be known. Photo sent by the home quarantine person every hour will be seen by the government’s photo verification team. If anything is found wrong or misleading, then person will be shifted to a large quarantine center.

With this, the quarantine investigation team of the government will check that photo while going home and then take a photo of the person quarantined using the app and send it to the government.
