Karnataka BJP government will fall: Congress leader SR Patil

Date:

Karnataka state legislative Council leader SR Patil said that count down has begun for Basvaraj Bommai led BJP & it will fall within six months. He asserted that the BJP party is nothing without ex- Chief minister BSY. There is infighting within the BJP over portfolio allocation, many ministers are looking for a cash-rich portfolio, this greed will be the reason for the fall of the government. He also stated that the Congress party will definitely come to power in the next assembly polls.

Karnataka Minister Anand Singh hinted that he would resign as minister for tourism, Ecology, and environment as he is unhappy with the portfolio. He was keen on opting for a cash-rich energy portfolio. He shut down MLA office showing his disapproval against the government.

After taking blessing at Venu Gopalakrishna Temple, where he started his political life, he said “I would like to tell you that I don’t know whether my political life may also end here. If I have the blessings of Gopalakrishna, there may be a new beginning as well. “

Anand Singh is one of the ministers who migrated to BJP from Congress. There are rumors that he might join the Congress party.

On being asked about the rumors of migrated MLA returning to congress, SR Patil said that a committee led by senior Congress leader Allam Veerabhadrappa is formed. Interested MLA should submit an application to the committee & high command will take the final call.
