Indian fast bowling leader Jasprit Bumrah said he feels more comfortable bowling with a Dukes ball manufactured in England than the SG used in Tests in India or the Kookaburra ball used in Australia. He said that this is because the Dukes provide competition in the ball game which is fast becoming in favor of batsmen.
Jasprit Bumrah spoke on a number of issues during a conversation with former West Indies fast bowler Ian Bishop and former South Africa captain Sean Pollock for the ICC podcast. He also revealed the outswinger (inswinger for the left hand) ball and the secret of his eight-step run up during which he gains momentum.
The Indian bowler said, “I like bowling with a Dukes ball.” It accelerates and swings. You get some help with this. If this help is not there, the work of the bowlers will be difficult because the grounds are getting smaller and the pitches are getting flat.

He said, “If the ball helps, then the match is equal.” You think you’re in the match. “When Bishop asked Bumrah about the development of his outswinger, he said,” I always try to do new things. My bowling method may surprise someone once or twice but the batsmen will break it. So you need to constantly improve and develop yourself. ”
