This number is more than the maximum number of cases (19,04,462) reported in the US in July. However, more people lost their lives due to corona in the US and Brazil than in India.
As of August 30, 31,000 people died in the United States due to infection. In Brazil, 29,565 people died due to the virus. In India, the huge increase in infections during August can be gauged from the fact that 54 percent of the cases reported since the outbreak of the epidemic occurred last month.
