There is joy in sportspersons when Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal raised the daily dose allowance to Rs 250 in the budget. At the same time, this step will give further impetus to the games. Sports associations have been repeatedly demanding the government to increase the food allowance of the players. Seeing the enthusiasm and talent in the players, the state government has increased the sports budget by 12.83 percent in 2020-21 as compared to 2019-20. This has given hope to the players of Gurugram for their better future.

Sports University to be built in Sonipat

The Haryana government is trying to develop the state as a sports hub of the country. For this, the first sports university of the state will be established in Rai, Sonepat. This will also benefit the players of Gurugram.

Free bus facility for students studying science
As the Finance Minister, the Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar, while presenting the budget for the first time, announced that a new Model Culture Senior Secondary School would be opened in 98 blocks. Free bus facility will also be provided to those studying science subjects.

A new ambitious scheme for passport assistance has been introduced in universities outside India and colleges to provide employment opportunities abroad, under which passports of all final year students will be made free of charge. Science promoters will be recruited.
The hostel will have 20 percent seats reserved for SC students.

Free education will be given to daughters of 1.80 lakh income families in college and university. The education sector has been allocated 15 percent of the budget. 24 new ITIs will be opened.

The Punjabi language will be brought under NSQSF. State-of-the-art Model Skills Center will open at Panniwala Mota Government Engineering College, Sirsa. A new employment portal will start on Baisakhi. The target of one lakh new government jobs has been set. Sourbitrate pills will be kept free in public places to prevent heart attack.

Ultrasound facility will be available in every community health centre
It was said in the budget that in the financial year 2020-21 in Haryana, people with an income of less than one lakh 80 thousand rupees and less than five acres of land will get the benefit of Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Cath Lab MRIE will be held in all districts in the state. The ultrasound will be at every community health center, while the ventilator will be at every district level.

The Manohar government will also provide adequate grants to those Panchayati Raj Institutions and Urban Local Bodies, which are not financially sound. The Chief Minister himself, with the help of Central and State Finance Commission and other sources, has made a provision to provide an annual amount of Rs. 7200 crores in each assembly constituency at the rate of 80 crores. The Panchayat, which is in the treasury, has a minimum amount of one crore rupees. An outlay of 3541.32 crore has been proposed for the Public Works Department in the year 2020-21.
