Farmers’ Protest : Farmers to Block Roads in Entire Country

Farmers to March towards Parliament on Budget Day

The farmers’ movement has been going on in the country’s capital Delhi for about two and a half months against the new agricultural laws of the Modi government. Tomorrow, farmers will jam around the country including NCR except Delhi. The United Farmers’ Front has announced that the farmers will block the block in the National Capital Region (NCR) from 12 to 3 pm tomorrow. At the same time, the administration is also preparing to avoid any untoward incident.

Rakesh Tikait, national spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, said that those who could not come here, they will do the chakka jam peacefully in their respective places tomorrow. This jam will not happen in Delhi.

Farmer leaders have announced to block the national highway. On this, Delhi Police officials say that no farmer leader has contacted us regarding the Chakka Jam, but Delhi, UP and Haryana Police are very serious about this. Actually, due to Saturday, there is a lot of vehicular traffic on the highway. Due to the violence of 26 January, many people are also angry with the movement. In such a situation, the police is very vigilant.
