Apart from Nizamuddin, Dilshad Garden and Cancer Hospital in the capital Delhi, Maharaj Agrasen Hospital in Punjabi Bagh has also become a hotspot of corona infection. In the last three days, a total of five health workers, including a doctor, have been infected by the corona virus infection in the hospital. Not only this, corona virus patient has also died in the hospital.

Apart from this, another corona virus patient has been referred to another hospital. Thus far 7 cases of corona infection have been reported in Maharaja Agrasen Hospital. The hospital’s medical director, Dr Deepak Singla, said that a doctor in his hospital, a housekeeping staff and three nurse staff, have been affected by the corona virus.

In fact, after the confirmation of Corona, a patient from Haryana, there was a stir in the hospital administration. Those exposed to it were sent into isolation. After this, a doctor and three nurses, another employee, were confirmed to have corona virus infection when their samples were taken. All infected and suspects are placed in isolation.

Corona virus has been confirmed in two more nursing staff of Delhi State Cancer Institute. Earlier, four employees, including a doctor, were found corona positive in the hospital. The Health Department team is investigating the families of the two officers and others who came in contact with them. The hospital had to be closed after a doctor working at Delhi State Cancer Institute was found to be corona positive. During this time the entire hospital was also sanitized.
