Congress Party’s Clinic on Wheels Treated 17K in Pune

During the ongoing Corona outbreak, the mobile clinic van started by Congress party in Pune has provided treatment to 17,000 people in Pune. The information was given by Congress leader Manohar Joshi.

As per the statement issued by the party, the mobile clinic van was started by the party after the instructions of Congress President Smt Sonia Gandhi and State President Balasaheb Thorat.

The mobile clinic was started on April 17, with an aim to provide medication free of cost to all the people. The unit is working in coordination with Indian Medical Association (IMA).

As per the information, the van is carrying out operations in the areas, where it was difficult to conduct tests, especially in slums. Around 41 suspected patients were found in these drives. Even the patients showing flu like symptoms were also treated.
