INC is an oldest party who served well in India but today party need to regain themselves for the people , today party has to restructure their cadre which directly touches the people and their expectations. The most important cog of a party is youth which is a backbone of the party and the young karyakarta is actually a representative of the party to people , intellectual cadre is a thinktank , seasoned cadre is a guidance and women cadre is a strength . Party has to understand that only criticism doesn’t work , self improvement is a necessity , people still trust the party but need to be assured for his welfare , ruling state leaders has to set an example for the countrymen that we work with dedication and stick to development. If party became strong on sangathan level then they surely can make it to the central portfolio in terms of governance and will be successful in establishing peace , harmony and future of secular India .
