CBSE Boards : Candidates Can Change Exam Centre by June 9

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued the necessary notification regarding the remaining examinations of class X and XII. According to this notification, students can change the examination center in their city and district by June 9. According to the revised time table of the CBSE, the CBSE Class X examination (North East Delhi only) and Class XII examinations will be between July 1 and July 15.

Earlier the Ministry of Human Resource Development had said that students will be allowed to change the examination center for the remaining examinations of CBSE Board. Students who have moved to other districts and states due to lockdown can give the remaining examinations at the local examination center there.

Such students can request schools to change their examination centers by 9 June. Schools will forward that request to the board. Students can take the exam in other cities and districts with their old admit card and ID. Permission letter will be issued to them. The special thing is that students will be able to see the location of their examination centers from June 20. Students will be able to see the location of their examination centers by June 20 through the mobile app released by CBSE.

Apart from this, students can contact the helpline number of CBSE for any kind of assistance. Students can get feedback through the helpline number 1800118002 from 9:30 am to 5 pm. Students will have to request to change their examination centers between June 3 and June 9. Students have to make this request to their school. After this, the school will upload the information of such students from June 3 to June 11.
