CBSE and DDA Gets Their New Heads

The Ministry of Personnel has changed the responsibilities of about two dozen officers at the level of Secretary, Additional Secretary and Joint Secretary, making changes in the top bureaucracy. New heads of CBSE, CPCB and DDA have been appointed. Many of these have been promoted to new positions. Many officers have also been called to the center and posted in the center.

Sanjeeva Kumar, Special Secretary in the Ministry of Health, has been made the Secretary of the Department of Border Management in the Ministry of Home Affairs. Special Secretary in Agriculture Department Vasudha Mishra has been made Secretary of UPSC.

Rakesh Sarwal, Additional Secretary posted in the Ministry of Human Resource Development, has been posted as Additional Secretary in NITI Aayog, S.S. Kishore has been made the additional secretary in the Ministry of Commerce, Anurag Jain from MP cadre, vice-president of DDA, Devendra Kumar Singh from Kerala cadre has been made additional secretary in the department of small scale industries, Shivdas Meena, additional secretary in the Ministry of Urban Development has been made chairman of the Central Pollution Control Board.

Similarly, Manoj Ahuja, posted as Special Director at Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy Mussoorie, has been appointed as the chairman of CBSE. Aarti Ahja, posted at Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy, has been appointed as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Health. Similarly, Ashok Kumar from TR cadre and Nivedita Shukla Verma from UP cadre have been appointed as Additional Secretaries in Ministry of Defense.
