BSF Apprehended 6 Pak Youths from Border

The Border Security Force (BSF) on Friday apprehended six Pakistani youths from an area along the Indo-Pakistan international border in Punjab. Official sources gave this information. All those arrested are said to be between 20 and 21 years of age. They were caught from the border area of ​​Amritsar around 5 pm.

The six youths are currently being interrogated by a joint team of security and intelligence agencies to ascertain whether they inadvertently reached the border or had any ulterior motive.

At the same time, BSF Inspector General NS Jamwal met Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday and apprised him of the security situation on the international border.

He briefed the Lieutenant Governor about the threats along the border with Pakistan, the steps being taken by the BSF to meet the challenges and the border security grid.
