Throughout the world, over 6,000 people have died since the outbreak of the novel Corona virus. More than 1,62,000 have been infected by Covid-19. What started in China as an infection, soon spread across France, the US, Spain, Italy, South Korea and now India.
As per the official figures available, India so far has 103 patients of Corona and 2 deaths have been reported due to novel corona virus. Interestingly, most of the cases reported come from the states which are being ruled by parties other than the BJP. The state of Maharashtra, ruled by a non-BJP government has reported the highest patients, followed by Kerala whereas Gujarat, a BJP ruled state showed null case due to the disease so far.
As per the reports, published in a tweet on ANI, there are a total of 103 patients with Indian origin whereas 22 are from foreign origin, 13 have been discharged, while 2 died due to the disease.
