Corona cases are increasing rapidly in Delhi as well as in Haryana. On Wednesday, 72 children of 12 government schools in Rewari district were stunned after being found corona (COVID-19) infected. After this, all schools have been closed for two weeks as a precaution.
Haryana Education Minister Kanwar Pal Gurjar said that the schools where cases of COVID-19 were reported have been closed for two weeks. The nodal officer said that due to festive season there is traffic and people meet each other, so we tested students from 12 schools, out of which 72 students have been found infected. We will also continue the students’ test to check the spread of COVID-19.
Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij said that orders have been given to increase the number of testing. All civil surgeons have been asked to increase the testing capacity to 30,000 per day in the state. If people are not coming to you, then camp should go from place to place.
Significantly, schools and colleges have been reopened in Haryana from 15 November. All schools and colleges were closed after the lockdown and children were studying online while staying at home.
