5000 New Cases in Delhi, But No New Containment Zone

Officials of the Union Health Ministry believe that no state can consider itself green or corona-free due to low data and non-construction of the Containment Zone, whereas the truth is that in the last 15 days more than five thousand infected patients have been found in Delhi.
