35 Negative Patients Kept With Corona Patients in Noida

Date:

The wrong corona investigation report in Uttar Pradesh’s Gautambudh Nagar of Noida put the lives of 35 people at risk. These samples were taken in private laboratories and people were declared positive. However, when they were re-examined in government laboratories, the report turned negative. Now notice has been sent to all these private labs.

District Monitoring Officer Sunil Dohra said that 35 people have been discharged from hospitals and notices have been sent to private laboratories regarding these fake reports. This negligence is very large. Despite being negative, patients had to remain in isolation wards with positive patients.

A senior government doctor said that reports coming from private laboratories that look suspicious are examined on the same day with the patient admitted. They verify a sample of the investigation from the National Institute of Biology (NIB), the highly specialized pediatric hospital and the Post Graduate Teaching Institute (Super Specialty Pediatric Hospital & Post Graduate Teaching Institute) or the Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) based in Greater Noida.
