All the accused, including former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, have been sentenced to 10 years in prison in the Unnao rape case.
This sentence is in the death case of the victim’s father in police custody in the Unnao rape case.
Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s brother, Atul Sengar, has also been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment. Apart from incarceration, these two brothers will also have to pay a fine of ten lakhs.
This fine will be given to the victim’s family.
