IYC President Srinivas BV Sends Legal Notices to Sambit Patra, Amit Malviya and Republic TV

New Delhi| While the nation is facing tough times amid COVID-19, the ruling party is busy doing politics in the national capital.

This morning, BJP IT Cell Chairman Amit Malviya tweeted about the involvement of Indian Youth Congress President Srinivas BV in smuggling liquor in the national capital, after which the party’s spokesperson Sambit Patra did a press conference regarding the matter and alleged Srinivas BV of smuggling the material, while BJP along with its workers is providing essential materials. According to the allegations, he said that the vehicle used in the said smuggling had a pass of emergency service and was held in smuggling.

Soon after, Srinivas BV sent a legal notice to Amit Malviya, for spreading fake news regarding his involvement in liquor smuggling. Similar notices have been served to BJP leader Sambit Patra for defaming the Congress leader. The leader has also quoted Republic TV for defaming his image.

The country is trying to find out some respite from the deadly Corona, but all they could get right now is political battle between the two parties.
